TERMS OF USE

Terms of use

Understand the client, the service relationship and your responsibilities before using ValeFly.

Effective date: 2026-09-17 · ValeFly 1.0

About these terms

These terms cover the ValeFly client and valefly.com operated by TECH HUB HOLDINGS LIMITED and take effect on September 9, 2026. Contact: [email protected]. Independent sites' accounts and network services are also subject to their own terms.

The client and your service site

ValeFly provides site access, sign-in, node selection, network connectivity and connection information. You need a site code and valid account supplied by your service provider. Node availability, allowance, expiry and service quality depend on that site.

The current client has no in-app purchase or payment screen. This website does not sell network plans. Your service site may have separate terms; contact it about its charges, cancellation and refunds.

License and requirements

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the client on compatible devices you lawfully own or control. The current version requires iOS 17.0 or later. The first connection requires iOS authorization to add a VPN configuration.

App Store distribution is subject to Apple’s standard software license or a custom license identified at release. These website terms do not replace applicable Apple store terms.

Responsible use

Use only sites and accounts you are authorized to access. Protect your credentials and follow laws applicable to your location and use. Do not use the client for unauthorized access, network disruption, infringement or unlawful activity.

Do not send passwords, complete subscription credentials, private keys or unredacted node configurations to support. Contact your service site promptly if your account is compromised.

Availability and changes

Availability and speed depend on your device, base network, node status and site configuration. Latency tests help compare routes; they do not guarantee bandwidth, stability or performance for every destination. Smart mode follows site rules and Global mode handles eligible traffic.

Updates may change features and compatibility. Follow the support guide during maintenance or connection problems. Continuous availability and absolute security under all conditions are not guaranteed.

Privacy and stopping use

See the privacy policy and your service site’s policy for data handling. You may disconnect, sign out or stop using the client at any time. Clearing local credentials and deleting a server account are separate actions, explained on the account deletion page.

Rights, responsibility and contact

Rights in the name, pages, icon and software belong to their respective owners. Third-party components retain their own licenses. The ValeFly name does not imply endorsement by other Clash projects, Apple or service providers.

These terms do not remove non-waivable rights or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact [email protected] first about client or website disputes. You may still use complaint or dispute-resolution channels available under applicable law. Contact the independent provider about its account and network services.
